Terry Gerbers is the manager of the DeWitt LLP Green Bay, WI office. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School.
Terry represents businesses, corporations, lenders, developers, and real estate professionals.
The majority of Terry’s practice is in the area of mergers and acquisitions transactions, ranging from $1 million to $50 million. He assists his clients in negotiating sales, acquisitions, financing, mergers, and shareholder redemptions while providing insight as to the tax consequences of structuring the transaction.
