Tom is past President and a long standing active member of MBBI. As managing principal and founding member of Falcon Advisers, a boutique mergers and acquisitions advisory firm, he is part of a team comprised of seasoned and highly qualified professionals. Together they have a track record of providing superior value-enhancing corporate finance and transactional services to owners of middle-market businesses for more than fifteen years. Tom and each of the other professional advisers has prior "C level" operating experience with lower middle-market privately held businesses.
