A seasoned business professional with over two decades of success providing financial and management solutions to business owners and senior management. My specific focus and specialty is developing strategic relationships with Restructuring Professionals, Special Asset Managers, Bankruptcy and Corporate Attorneys, Commercial Lenders, Investment Bankers, Private Equity Firms, Workout and Asset Based Lenders, Accounting Firms, C&I Real Estate professionals, M & A Professionals and other professionals involved in turnarounds, workouts, and business advisory services. I am deeply involved in the Turnaround Management Association, the Commercial Finance Association and also regularly attend meetings/events for the American Bankruptcy Institute, Association of Mergers and Acquisitions Advisors, Association for Corporate Growth and Midwest Business Brokers and Intermediary’s.
