Stephanie is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of SLS Capital Advisors and The Gaffin Group. SLS Capital Advisors is a boutique investment bank focused on companies at the lower end of the middle market. Working across industries, they help business owners achieve successful exits to strategic, financial, and independent buyers.

Stephanie's background in strategy and execution, as well as operating roles, provides the ability to understand the value drivers in organizations and articulate them in a way to attract optimal buyers with strategic interest.

Stephanie is a proven executive with proven results driving change in organizations by creating common vision and a pragmatic plan to get there. Throughout her career, she has been a sought-after speaker and facilitator given her ability to help disparate groups of individuals come together in ways that not only result in more effective working structures, but create common ground for solving complex problems in dynamic environments.

Stephanie also serves as Business Leader Faculty at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, as well as co-host of the Right in the Middle Market podcast.

Stephanie received her bachelor’s degree in Biology and Economics from Washington University in St. Louis. She holds a Master of Healthcare Administration and Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.
