Jeff Parris is a former Fortune 500 corporate executive wiith extensive experience owning and operating multiple businesses. He also served as Vice President of Sales in start-ups and mid-market companies. Today, Jeff runs a consulting practice that helps middle-market companies (revenues from $2M to $100M) accelerate growth, improve performance, and achieve sales turnarounds.
An investor and strategic advisor, Jeff maintains holdings in multiple Midwest-based companies, including software, IoT, wireless, medical devices, and technology infrastructure services. He brings deep expertise in building and optimizing sales organizations across companies of varying sizes. Jeff co-founded and led sales divisions for three start-ups, including a technology company acquired by AT&T, yielding a 20X valuation increase for its shareholders. He founded and operated a regional retail organization and successfully led sales turnarounds for large and mid-sized telecommunications firms.
Jeff believes serving others is central to being a trusted advisor and fiduciary. Using a servant-leadership approach, he collaborates with his clients to identify and implement “high-impact levers” that swiftly achieve desired outcomes.
Jeff holds an M.S. from St. Cloud State University, an MBA from Northcentral University, and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He and his wife, Jackie, have three children and reside in the Upper Midwest. Jeff and Jackie are advocates for education and mentorship for families dealing with loved ones suffering from eating disorders. They welcome inquiries from families seeking guidance and support.
