Linda Carlisle is a fractional corporate communications partner who assists business leaders, VCs, private equity firms, and their portfolio companies in navigating communication and culture-related challenges during critical organizational transitions, which she terms "Moments that Matter ."
Moments that Matter include significant events such as mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, leadership changes, and workforce reductions. Carlisle’s approach effectively addresses internal communications by combining strategic planning, problem-solving, empathy, and creative storytelling. Her approach combines planning, content and communications tool development, as well as coaching and training for key communicators. Her goal is to engage teams through caring communications, regardless of organizational circumstances.

Linda holds a master’s in integrated marketing communications and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Roosevelt University. She has led brand marketing, internal communications, corporate social responsibility/ESG, and culture-building efforts for Federal Signal, Crane Co., RR Donnelley, Sawgrass Technologies, Elkay, and Federal Reserve Financial Services.
